The result we give you at the end is a clear plan for how to fix bottlenecks, improve visibility, and what systems to build that your team and business can rely on.

Map how your business actually runs
We work with you and your business leaders to map how jobs move through your business, from enquiry to delivery. This includes the real workflows your team uses every day, not just the documented process. We capture handoffs, workarounds, and gaps that are usually invisible.
Identify bottlenecks and hidden inefficiencies
We analyse where time, money, and effort are being lost. This includes manual processes like having to walk across workshops to see where a job is at, duplicated work, reporting gaps, and areas where your team is relying on memory and word-of-mouth instead of systems.
Define what to fix and what can wait
Not everything needs solving at once and not every solution requires us. We prioritise the changes that will have the biggest impact on your operations - whether that's a small practical solution through to a custom build solution. Our goal is to identify what will reduce friction, improve visibility, and make work easier to manage as you grow, regardless of whether we need to be involved.
A clear plan you can actually use
You’ll walk away with a plan unique to you and your business. This includes what’s missing or broken, what to fix first, and how systems, automation, or process changes can support your business moving forward.

The Operations Review tool is a short 5 minute survey that gives you quick insights about your business and the challenges you're facing - it's a great quick tool to get a grounding on how you and your business is performing but it's not a substitute for a complete review which will accurately uncover where your business is losing time and profit, and provides a unique-to-your-business plan on how to address those issues.
The On-Site Review has a 1 day on site to commence and we typically complete the review in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size of your business and the complexity of your operations.
You don't need to know what the exact problems are. Many business owners and leaders know something isn’t working but can’t pinpoint what, where and why. The On-Site Review is designed to uncover the root causes.
You’ll get a clear plan outlining your current workflows, key issues, profit and time losses, and practical next steps to improve your business.
Not always. Sometimes the biggest improvements come from fixing your existing workflows or simplifying how work is managed. If software is needed, we’ll define exactly where it fits and how it will create value in your business.
We’ll need input from key people in your business during our on-site day, but we keep the process practical and focused so it limits disruption of day-to-day operations.
You’ll have a clear path forward with clear, detailed information about how your business is performing, what problems should be addressed and how to solve them. If needed, we will help design, build, and support the systems required to implement the improvements.
The cost of the On-Site Review is $9,970 ex GST.
We work with businesses across Australia and are happy to travel to your workshop and sites.
