We created intentionally designed mockups that positioned the platform as an engaging alternative to traditional disability support services.


Our Strategy
Our strategy for launching TRIBE at the NDIS Expo was to deliver a bold, memorable presence within an accelerated three-week sprint. We began by establishing a strong brand foundation through competitor analysis, audience research, and integration with Native Earth’s existing identity.
Translating this vision into an impactful expo presence, we crafted two eye-catching banners that featured the TRIBE mockups, inviting the viewer to scan the QR code. With iterative feedback, rigorous testing, and clear visual direction, TRIBE was positioned as a platform built on community, connection, and long-term growth.

The Results
TRIBE’s expo presence created a smooth journey from curiosity to sign-up. Our expo-grade designed banners drew visitors in with a clear value proposition, while integrated QR codes offered a direct bridge from face-to-face interaction to digital engagement. This simple flow - see, scan, sign up -removed barriers and turned interest into immediate action. By aligning physical visibility with a converting sign up form, TRIBE positioned itself as an accessible, engaging platform that built genuine connections with its audience.
